At Yostar Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely place them in the original packaging along with your printed RMA form.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
